Conduct your PhD research at the university of St.Gallen and run concrete oikos projects - starting in spring 2009.

oikos now invites applications for another oikos PhD Fellowship, starting in February 2009 and ending in January 2012.

 

The international oikos PhD Fellowship Programme enables outstanding graduade students to conduct their PhD research in the field of sustainable management and economics at the University of St. Gallen. The programme is unique in its combination of high level academic research and concrete social entrepreneurial activities within oikos.

 

Martin Herrndorf, oikos PhD Fellow since spring 2008, points out:

The oikos PhD Fellow receives a grant for three years to conduct his/her research at the University of St. Gallen and contribute simultaneously to key oikos projects such as the oikos PhD Summer Academy, the oikos Global Case Writing Competition or the oikos Winter School.

 

An international advisory council of leading academics consults the oikos Foundation on the selection of the PhD Fellow. The programme is supported by the Foundation for the Third Millennium, A.Hoffmann, Fondation H. Looser and the STIFTUNG MERCATOR SCHWEIZ.
